如何申请退货？

Our team is happy to help with returns for products you purchased through us.fotileglobal.com. Simply call 1 (888) 315-0366. Please have your order number or product serial number ready.

Call us to get a prepaid shipping label and return the item in new/original condition.

Once validated, you'll receive a confirmation email and your account will be credited within 7–10 business days.

Restocking fees vary depending on the shipping type:

  • Parcel items (e.g., Range Hoods): 15% restocking fee
  • Freight items (e.g., Built-In Ovens): 20% restocking fee

Examples:

  • Bundle (Range Hood + Oven): 20% restocking fee
  • Parcel item only: 15%
  • Freight item only: 20%

Freight Return Policy

  • Mark "Package Damaged" when signing for damaged deliveries. If severely damaged, refuse it and notify us.
  • Contact us if any parts are missing/damaged after delivery (48-hour window for claims).
  • We can replace defective parts or the full unit if needed.
