• Develop e-Commerce sales strategies, programs, and plans for existing and potential customers. Enhance user experience on.com accounts by finessing each web page A+ content, most up-to-date imagery, video, upsell items, etc. Drive the social web marketing strategy and rapidly improve customer acquisition.
• Create Online Marketplace listings on other major sales channels like Amazon, Overstock, Homedepot.com etc
• Manage large database of product SKUs and manipulate Product data as needed.
• Own the end-to-end management of shop and product experiences (including upload, copy, navigation, and modification of all shops and SKUs)
• Partner with Web Production and Product Teams to trouble shoot site/file issues. Ensure the entire web process exceeds expectations from how the brand is perceived to product availability, quality, and order processing timeliness.
• Keeping up to date with Amazon selling policies and code of conduct and ensuring compliance.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time, or as may be assigned to Employee.
• Extensive years of multiple eComm channels experience and a proven record of achievement and accomplishment required.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
• Proven work experience within Ecommerce/Digital Marketing.
• Proven work experience analyzing data to drive channel optimization.
• In depth understanding of web design and web analytic software.
• Outstanding Communication, Interpersonal skills and writing skills.
• Team player with great passion for learning and desire to go above and beyond in a fast-growing business.
