How Do You Use A FOTILE Combi-Steam Oven?

1. Turning on Your Oven

To turn on your CubiiChef combi-steam oven, simply press and hold the left stainless steel knob. This knob is labeled “Power (long press).” 

When the oven is on, the settings panel between the two knobs will light up. This panel indicates: 

  • Temperature
  • Time
  • Cooking function

2. Choosing a Cook Function

Choose a cook function on your CubiiChef by turning the power (left) knob clockwise. Turn the power knob until the cook function you want is highlighted, such as the air fryer. Then, press the right knob to lock it in.

3. Setting the Temperature

Select an oven temperature by turning the right knob clockwise to turn the temperature up, and counterclockwise to choose a lower temperature. 

Once you’ve selected your desired temperature, press the right knob to confirm it.

4. Setting a Timer

When you lock in the temperature by pressing in the right knob, the timer field on the settings panel of the combi-steam oven will begin to blink. Turn the right knob clockwise or counterclockwise to select your cooking time—then press the right knob in to confirm that time.

5. Using Preset Recipes

The ChefCubii combi-steam oven comes with 40 preset recipes. To access the settings for these recipes, turn the left knob clockwise until “shortcuts” is highlighted on the settings panel. Press the left knob in to select “shortcuts.”

Next, turn the right knob clockwise to scroll through the preset recipes, which are labeled P01 to P40. For instance, if you want to cook pizza, turn the right knob clockwise until you reach P20, which is the pizza baking setting.

A list of preset recipe codes is printed on the inside of the ChefCubii’s door for easy reference.

6. Cleaning the Oven

As with any oven, your combi-steam oven will accumulate grime inside and need cleaning every so often. To easily clean your oven, simply: 

  • Spray oven degreaser on a standard-size paper towel
  • Layer a second paper towel on top and pat it down so both are wet
  • Press the layered paper towels to the walls of your combi-steam oven
  • Allow the cleanser to sit for several minutes
  • Remove and discard the paper towels
  • Scrub the stains away with a scouring pad

Safety note: Be sure to wear gloves and protect your countertop while using degreasing agents, as they can be caustic.
